We did not know it was a dry city. So after 8 hours on motorcycles we just wanted a pint of beer with dinner. Aside from that, the food was stellar. It 's a very busy place and the service was top notch. View all feedback.
What Dave Chappell doesn't like about The Hickory:
The lemonade was the best part of the meal. I ordered a honey badger, and it was so dry I could even eat it. The nachos were good but a lot of cheese, so the chips were quickly soggy. View all feedback.
Staff was very friendly and food was good. Wished it was quicker service but it was pretty busy when I went there
My husband and I recently took our son out to lunch, and he chose The Hickory. We were seated promptly, and our server was both friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The food was great; I particularly enjoyed the Cobb salad, which was fresh and flavorful. A highlight of our visit was the bottomless flavored lemonades, offering a variety of delicious combinations. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely be returning.

Dry ribs, no beer (but it is Rexburg, Idaho so expect it)
Ordered the prime rib dinner to go. I know what smoked meat should taste like; however, this prime rib tasted like it had been soaked in liquid smoke and not necessarily cooked in a smoker! It permeated the whole house and was so strong that it ruined the delicious natural taste of prime rib as far as I’m concerned. Just way too much smoke flavored, artificially. Will not order ever again.
