The food was fine. It’s your ordinary American chinese food and also sushi. The ambiance was also mediocre. They have a nice decent size room with a good amount of tables. What impressed me was the service. The food came out within minutes after giving the server our order. Great restaurant with awesome delicious food and choices! With even better owner/manager and staff! I have been enjoying the food, people and atmosphere of Billy Tse's for almost 25 years. I highly recommend it! It has only grown and gotten better with an added Sushi Bar with spectacular selection and presentation! Dine in, Take out or Delivery, Billy Tse does it all delightfully! ??
