They advertise that they're open until 9 PM, but I've found myself waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes without any response. I would suggest going inside, but unfortunately, they've locked their doors as well.

However, the woman who appeared to be in charge was incredibly rude. She sarcastically suggested that I simply remove the pickles and laughed at the situation. While that might be fine for some, it becomes a serious issue when allergies are involved. The cashier was kind and told me to keep the original order while he made my new one correctly. This upset the woman because she hastily took my original order and threw it in the trash right in front of me. Rude. Rude. Rude. I would give it 0/5 stars.

I hadn't eaten much at KFC until recently, but I'm so pleased that this location is the closest to me. Every time I've visited, the staff has been incredibly friendly, whether I'm ordering inside, picking up a mobile order, or going through the drive-thru. I've consistently had positive experiences here. It’s clear that the team at this KFC genuinely cares about their customers.
