Good food fresh too. friendly staff! Only thing I could say is that the person on the counter should wash their hands before putting food on the trays for customers or wear and change gloves! Especially if they have been cleaning at all. As of 1/28/22 they still handle the food containers without gloves this should be corrected. View all feedback.
What Bill Cook doesn't like about Wendy's:
If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered online because I can?t leave the house (covid) and not sure what I received. Looks like a couple hockey pucks on buns. The patties on the burgers I got were burnt looking, and hard. The food also arrived cold. View all feedback.
Food was good, fries were crispy. Facility was clean. 2 adults and 3 kids. Enjoyable experience.
Thought I would try something new, so I got a single cheeseburger combo at Wendy 's. There was only one other customer, so not overly busy at 11:32 a.m. The fries were warm, but not hot. The burger was good. I couldn 't get the chili, which is what I normally get from Wendy 's because to quote the young man who took my order, there 's something wrong with it. I don 't want you to get sick on it. When I drove up to the window to pay I asked for my receipt (for my Fetch app) and was told someone would have to go to another place in the restaurant to retrieve it. I thought that was odd. All in all, the food was ok and the service was acceptable.

Order was incorrect and I came to get a replacement meal and instead was greeted with an attitude from one of the managers I believe her name started with a M she was very distasteful as if I was a bother to her I understand it was 30 mins to closing but the attitude was uncalled for this has been my 2nd time getting messed up food from this establishment but the first time being treated like a pest I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed in the managements action being as they?re supposed to lead by example I will no longer come here because if I would have reacted it would have been an even bigger issue truly disgusting needs better staffing !
I pulled up to the drive through at 11:25. No one answered to take the order, until I called at 11:41 and said ?hey, you have a few people waiting in the drive through.?. Then proceeded to get attitude from the worker taking the order. I pulled up to the window and the lady didn?t say a word, just stuck her hand out for the card. While she was swiping my card lady number 2 said ?another car just queued in the drive through? to which a 3rd lady replied ?why does this always happen right before we close, god I hate people?. I wanted to say maybe if you had answered 20 mins ago when we pulled up you wouldn?t be swamped right before close(but I didn?t). I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 baconator fries, and 1 drink, and I sat at that window for 15 minutes. The only upside to the food, was this is the first time in a few years Wendy?s has given me food that was actually warm, but then my hopes for this place had diminished again when I received the baconator fries wrapped in cling wrap and squished at the bottom of the bag.
