From delayed drinks to poorly cooked dishes, there were several complaints about the food quality and service. On the flip side, there were also positive reviews highlighting the friendly staff, outstanding food, and generous portions. Despite some setbacks, Caseys continues to draw customers back with its warm atmosphere and accommodating service. However, recent changes in operating hours due to staffing issues have left some patrons disappointed, hoping for a return to normal operations soon.

Appetizers were very good calamari, spinach/ricotta wontons, pork belly sliders. Main courses were hit or miss. Hazelnut chicken was dry and overcooked. Chicken riggies was okay but nothing special. Our server was polite and attentive. Not as a good under the new ownership.Food: 3/5
Plentiful parking, relaxing atmosphere, attentive and pleasant waitstaff. Warm bread and fresh salads preceded our delicious entrees. Our first dining experience at Casey’s was a 10 out of 10.
I visited this restaurant for lunch and had a really tasty chicken parmesan. The portions were generous, and the flavors were enjoyable. It also came with a house salad, which was quite nice, featuring a mix of greens. Overall, a satisfying experience!
