Taco Bell - Rensselaer

I wouldn't recommend the double steak burritos. They come with extra rice and cheese, but not extra steak. I opened my second burrito because the first one was missing the double steak. When I checked the second burrito, it only had six small pieces of steak. Taco Bell has really gone downhill. I suggest eating somewhere else.

It's unfortunate that I occasionally find myself craving Taco Bell. However, my primary complaint is their use of incredibly cheap packaging, which often leads to messy situations. Every fold of the flimsy paper wrapping the tacos is filled with lettuce and cheese. Tacos are inherently messy, yet they don’t provide any plates, bowls, or boxes—just these flimsy paper wrappers. They quickly leak grease, which then seeps through the thin bags and onto your car, creating a real hassle.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I cannot recommend it at all. The dining area was dirty, with food scattered across the floor. Each time I've visited, I've faced at least a 15-minute wait, and the staff were unprofessional, often responding inappropriately. This location is a significant downgrade compared to other restaurants in the area, and I won't be returning. I'm concerned that there might be more locations like this one.

Waited in line at the drive through, only to be told that they spontaneously decided to close the restaurant 45 minutes early. Then they turned off the microphone for the drive through and wouldn?t answer any further questions.

I love Taco Bell but this one was a little disappointing. The soft taco tortillas were dry and almost stale and they were really skimpy with the ingredients. Hardly any beef or cheese. The Mexican pizza was bare. There are much better locations.
