Our first dining experience at Casey’s was a 10 out of 10.

We really wanted to have a great experience, but Caseys could... read more We had friends who we wanted to treat for dinner. We decided to give the newly owned Caseys a try. We really wanted to have a great experience, but Caseys couldn't deliver. We ordered drinks and then one shared appetizer. The appetizer, calamari, came out and it was good, only problem was that our drinks came 5 min after. Then we put in our orders for food. The orders came out before we even finished our salads. Of the 4 dishes, 3 were less than palatable. The chicken was turning and had a bad taste and there was no lemon flavor, we had to ask for lemons, which the server never brought-we went to the bar. Next, the eggplant rolatini had green onions as garnish, not basil, and had no flavor. The paata was hard, as if they just warmed it up, the 3rd dish was chicken parm and it was over fried and couldn't be cut. We mentioned all of this to the server and she said the manager will look at the bill. We expected that at least one meal was takn off, but they gave us 10% first responder discount. Needless to say, we won't be going back again. The manager never came out to personally apologize or offer to remake our food. $170 later, i was still hungry and extremely disappointed.
