What Nils V doesn't like about Zur Kaiserau:
We waited for about 1h to get our food. The steak I had was way too salty and cooked for too long. I couldnt eat the whole thing coz it was that bad. To be fair I did nt have the pizza, but I can say that the other food is of poor quality and you could really see that they dont know what they are doing. View all feedback. We visited Collalbo for our son's participation in the World Jr. Speed Skating Championships and dined at Kaiserau several times during our visit. We tried many of the items on the menu and most favored the lovely, generous-sized, wood-fired pizzas, as well as the excellent schnitzel.
