Red Lobster - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
We had to flag down the manager to be seated and waited 20 minutes without water or a server. The manager was friendly and took our order, but unfortunately my friend's clam chowder was unavailable. I tried two more dishes, but they were excessively salty. My friend also found them too salty to eat. I used to love Red Lobster and visited frequently with my mother, but the quality has declined. I made a reservation for priority seating as we were headed to a concert and didn't want to be late. The service was outstanding! The food arrived promptly, allowing us to make it to our event on time. I ordered the special featuring salmon, shrimp skewer, and lobster, accompanied by delicious Brussels sprouts.
