What yumyum doesn't like about Cafe de Thai Reno:
Food wasn’t impressed. Ordered the Tom yum soup and it was only warm when it came out and cost $15.95 and I don’t recommended it. It was small and no candle flam to keep it hot. Pad Thai wasn’t tasty. We also ordered the peanut curry chicken. It was so so. We went there for lunch and we were the only table. The whole time we were there no other customers came in. I ordered short rib massaman curry served with peanut sauce over spinach. The heat of the curry over super tender short ribs remind me of my grandma cooking when I was in Thailand 25 years ago. Delicious food with a cozy ambiance. Good for some nice dates or hang out with family. View all feedback.

read moreCafe De Thai offers a diverse menu of traditional Thai dishes that range in quality. While some diners praise their flavorful dishes such as the short rib massaman curry and coconut shrimp, others have been disappointed by the lack of authenticity in their dishes and questionable quality. The service is attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy. Prices seem a bit high for the portions offered. With some improvements in portions, presentation, and consistency, this restaurant has the potential to succeed. Whether you're seeking a nice date spot or a place to hang out with family, Cafe De Thai offers a mix of hits and misses in their modern Thai cuisine.
Honestly it is hard to understand how this place is still in business. Went to the restaurant on a rainy night and we had water leaking on to our tables. Food w...
