Contribute FeedbackRedhill's Wetherspoon has garnered mixed reviews from patrons. While some have praised the value for money and tasty dishes—particularly the affordable curry and refreshing drinks—others have expressed dissatisfaction with the service. Complaints include rude staff, long wait times, and a lack of basic manners. The pub's atmosphere, described as characterless yet clean, features modern amenities like excellent restroom facilities and a lengthy bar. Despite the service setbacks, many appreciate the budget-friendly offerings and returning for meals. Ultimately, Wetherspoon remains a popular choice for those seeking good food at competitive prices, amid a backdrop of inconsistent customer service.
Level Pub with good quality. Friendly and courteous staff. Certainly a place where you can relax and drink a good beer. Recommended
Was served at the till by Abbie, who was very rude and unprofessional, people like her shouldn’t be allowed to serve customers as she didn’t do our order right and didn’t even apologise for her mistake. This is not the first time this happened in Redhill Wetherspoon as very moody and rude staff and never seen them smiling. Will never be back here
Staff are simply unable to serve people in turn regulars are often selected for service before others, waiting longer. The new toilets (gents anyway) are excellent and are the best pub facilities in the area, by some margin. Water is poured by sensors!
Great range, super value, hard to understand why others can't offer similar value for money. Foid was well cooked and very little wait.
The value for money and serive recieved were outstanding. Why did we allow ourselves to be ripped if with high prices? Yes the food is microwaved etc but its certainly tasty and served with a smile. £3.85 for a pint of San Miguel compared to £6.20 at a pub near me. Only wish there was on need to my home location well done Wetherspoons.
