Grill Bites - Reigate and Banstead

I had a really disappointing experience with a restaurant on Just Eat. I usually enjoy their service, but this time was different. One of the items I ordered was ice cream, but I received a call saying they didn't have that flavor. I declined the offer of other flavors and waited 15 minutes past the delivery time before calling the restaurant. The response I got was very rude, and they hung up on me twice before offering to cancel my order. Despite my protests, my order was cancelled. I had been waiting nearly an hour and was willing to be understanding, especially since it was Christmas Eve. It's a shame that the restaurant's customer service was so poor, as I was ready to pay for my £23 order in cash. If they had communicated their needs better, I would have happily complied.

This restaurant is a hidden gem located behind the market, on the same road as the famous Mama Thai. They serve delicious piri piri inspired chicken with chunky chips or vegetable rice. The prices are amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to please. I find myself dining here more often than I should for quick lunches with coworkers. Grill Bites has become so popular that I had to create a Chicken Club in the office to manage the number of people going there at once and prevent overcrowding. My favorite meal is the #1, which includes a portion of chicken marinated in their secret sauce (I prefer the breast), served with rice or chips, and a drink from their cooler, all for less than £3.50!
