We visit this coffee shop regularly but service is getting terrible so we have started going to Caffè Nero instead. The problem is lack of staff and the ordering process. Orders are taken at the tills but are processed by another member of staff. As the tills can take orders faster than the coffee can be made this leads to huge queues. I am a frequent customer at this restaurant. The staff are polite and take good care of their guests. The food quality is consistent with other Costa locations. The restaurant usually has ample seating available. I would like to give a special mention to Leanne. She was working solo today and there was a long line of customers waiting to be served. We were impressed by her quickness and composure under pressure. Our order was delivered accurately and promptly. Thank you, Leanne!
I used to love getting coffee from here, however all of the staff which knew how to make a good coffee left. Not too keen on the blend here and the coffee isn't always hot. On the bright side the staff are efficient.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent and very friendly.
As a person with a disability, I had to use the lift to access the restroom, which had not been checked in 6 hours, was lacking toilet paper, and was very dirty. A sign instructed guests to notify a staff member, but there were only 2 staff members working hard to serve customers downstairs and they didn't even have time to clear the tables. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Slowest coffee I’ve ever waited for. Not helped by shouty lady.
