Cuvee Ray is a must for wine and food lovers. Chef Joey Churchman is a star. We followed him from his own restaurant, Bramble Brine to Buttery in Lewes and now Cuvee Ray. Every dish is beautifully presented. The deckle is a stand-out. We also had the charred Brussels sprouts, warm Kale Salat and Teliolini Pasta with asparagus and mushrooms. The meat and cheese board was exquisite and had a wonderfully unique flavor, especially when paired with the flight of Pinot Noir wines I tried. I have a great appreciation for wine and cheese, and Cuvee Ray truly delivered an exceptional experience during my vacation.
