Cuvèe Ray Wine Bar Restaurant

Cuvee Ray is a must for wine and food lovers. Chef Joey Churchman is a star. We followed him from his own restaurant, Bramble Brine to Buttery in Lewes and now Cuvee Ray. Every dish is beautifully presented. The deckle is a stand-out. We also had the charred Brussels sprouts, warm Kale Salat and Teliolini Pasta with asparagus and mushrooms. I appreciated options as a vegan. The back room has its own dining room for large groups. Live music on Friday and Saturday night in the room/bar. The service is also top notch so don't hesitate!

The scallops were the best ever!!! and the vines are just another reason why we come again and again and it is always a pleasure to get a table visit from Ray

Hair in the charcuterie board Pasta appetizer was overly salty, tasted as though it was cooked in ocean water Flounder Main was so rubbery that it was not edible

Fabulous addition to the Rehoboth Beach restaurant scene. Lovely, interesting dishes, well conceived beautifully prepared. Great wines, of course, and friendly upscale atmosphere. A must if you stay anywhere within driving distance of Rehoboth Beach.
