I'm not sure why this chipotle is always so bad. The store is always visible dirty, there are always greasy floors, they are always made of either salad, brown rice or steak, and the staff is incredibly rude. This was by far the worst experience I've had at Chipotle. Of all the ingredients I wanted for my bowl, they only had Carnitas and Salsa available. There were no Fajita Veggies, Guacamole, or Sour Cream. My husband requested sour cream from the bar, and the cashier said it was only for online orders. Seriously? It seemed like they decided not to restock anything since they were only 50 minutes away from closing. The place was a mess, with overflowing trash cans and dirty tables and chairs. We should have left right then, but our options were limited. I get that this is a beach area swamped with tourists, but this was unacceptable. Plus, let's not forget that Chipotle is not exactly cheap fast food!
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, quickly addressing any issues that came up. When the drink I ordered was unavailable, the oldest lady there promptly made another batch as quickly as she could. While Chipotle employees are often just grumpy high school students, this team was truly exceptional.
I mobile ordered after a long day and when I went to eat my bowl, it looked like something my 9 month old puppy had made. To top it off, multiple items were missing including rice, chips, and who knows what else. I was pretty much given a bowl of black bean soup and they didn?t inform me about any missing items when I picked it up. It sucks because I love chipotle, but don?t know if I?ll be back anytime soon to try the pollo asada. Luckily, after one bite, I picked out the chicken and fed it to my dog who absolutely loved it. Overall, this was the worst chipotle experience I?ve ever had and the employees working the night of 3/18/22 should never be allowed to make a burrito bowl ever again after this embarrassment.
I?ve been to a lot of Chipotle restaurants and this is this worst. The staff makes you feel you are a burden and the restaurant is filthy, always. I?ve been here a dozen times, it?s the only chipotle around. I feel obligated to reach out to corporate about this location. I?ve been here several times hoping to have a different experience with the next but the quality of service and cleanliness never improves. I don?t write reviews, ever. There seems to be no management here and certainly no concern or effort to improve given previous posts that share exactly the same experience I have had. I will not return.
Absolutely disgusting, I completely walked out of the restaurant after seeing this, what makes you guys think anybody would ever want to eat in such filth, this is absolutely outrageous. You guy certainly need to do better than this. This is just absurd and unacceptable. So I guess cross contamination is not a concern to you guys what?s so ever huh.
