The check-in process was quick and friendly. However, some tables are hidden from view of the bar, making it easy to feel forgotten. The food was delicious but there was a long wait between starters and main courses. One of our main courses was undercooked, causing us to finish our meals before the final dish arrived. The staff were apologetic, but there was some pressure to order dessert while we were still eating. Despite these issues, our server, who was new, showed great hospitality skills. Overall, we would give this restaurant another chance as the food was fantastic.
Another fantastic meal at Halt and Pull! George was wonderful as always, Mariola was top-notch, and it was nice to meet the new staff member. Ryan provided excellent service with a side of friendly banter.
My partner and I enjoyed a delicious meal at this restaurant. We both ordered the lamb shank, and found it to be incredibly tasty, especially when paired with the onion rings.
