Ordered through uber eats and half my order was missing, so had to order again from somewhere else and didn’t even get a full refund. To top it off the food quality has really deteriorated. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Was really excited for this food, came and looked amazing however the bacon on our burgers and loaded poutine was replaced with some kind of weird mystery meat. I’m thinking maybe spam?? kind of ruined the meal as this weird meat is all we could taste. Saw another comment saying the same thing, pretty unprofessional to replace an ingredient with something else and not notify.
Sweet potato fries are so delicious! It’s a shame I couldn’t eat corn ribs ㅜ! I ate a burger after swimming. It was a little heavy, but it was delicious. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Used to be one of the best burgers in Sydney. We use to go there pretty often. We went back a few weeks ago and sadly we'll not be going back. Burger was extremely oily and the bacon was tasteless. The frier almost caught fire when they were frying my chips. It used to be a Redfern institution but after the change of owners its definitely not the same. I visited Suburgia on a Friday night for after work takeaway but was unpleasantly surprised to find out it has new owners. Unfortunately, unlike previously, the experience was disappointing. The quality of the burgers has noticeably declined, with the patties lacking flavor and freshness. What’s worse, the so-called “bacon” was unrecognizable (looked like spam) and nothing like the crispy, savory topping you’d expect. The blue cheese bacon loaded fries didn't taste like cheese as an unidentifiable white sauce was used as a topper. The onion rings were previously home made battered, now you get soggy ones. It’s a shame, as this used to be a go-to spot, but it seems the new management has lost touch with what made it great. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
