Customers are often ignored by the staff, leading to frustration and long wait times. Because of this, I have decided to stop eating here. A simple solution would be to implement an "order here" sign at one end of the counter with a designated staff member taking orders and payments, and a barrier to create a clear line for customers. Another sign indicating where customers can pick up their food would also be helpful. It shouldn't be difficult to improve the management of a busy café like Setta Posta.

The croissants and toasties are consistently delicious, with a variety of salads, wraps, sandwiches, and hot food options available. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the coffee is top-notch.
