The staff was energetic and enthusiastic. When I requested a sandwich loaded with all the toppings, they delivered perfectly. It was an incredibly enjoyable and memorable experience. I will certainly return.
I will not be coming back to this Subway location! They don’t accept cash, the service was awful, and their hygiene practices were unacceptable. The employee used the register to take our order and then made our sandwiches with the same gloves on. Another worker was picking at his face and handling food without gloves. The bread was stale and tough. My boyfriend ordered a meatball sandwich, and we had to wait 15 minutes while they microwaved frozen meatballs, which still ended up cold. This was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had!
I've never seen such disorganization at a Subway before. The two employees making sandwiches were quite inefficient; toppings were scattered everywhere, and for the first time, the line actually began at the register. The girl preparing my sandwich seemed to have trouble communicating, as she never asked me what I wanted. When I asked for mayo on both my daughter’s and my sandwiches, she just plopped it on top of the meats and veggies without spreading it. It’s frustrating that you have to pay before your sandwich is made—if it were the other way around, I wouldn’t have paid for this experience. I definitely don’t want a messy, uncut sandwich overflowing with mayo. They didn’t wrap my sandwich properly or cut it, and then they stuffed napkins into the bag. Subway really needs to address these issues with their staff and get things under control.
When we arrived at Subway, the store was empty, but we ended up waiting 25 minutes because they were busy fulfilling online orders placed before us. We stood there watching them make sandwiches the entire time. After finally receiving our order, we tried to sit down to eat, only to be told that the lobby was closed—even though they were still open for another hour. There were no signs posted about this, and the employee was rude and refused to give us a refund. I ended up calling the number on the receipt.
