Had a monster burger, meat was cook just the way i requested, veggies were fresh and crisp on it. The sweet tater fries were just a great, and endless on request.. Washed it all down with a nice cold draft, brew stayed chill till the last drink do to the great cold mugs it was served in. Customer service was outstanding, wait staff was prompt and courteous. Very comfortable environment to have a family dinner or have a night out.

From the hostess and wait staff, cooks to the very vigilant Manager. We were just wowed! Place was squeaky clean and they let us have a booth! The food was spectacular! The whole team came out and sang 'Happy, Happy Birthday ' to my son. It was priceless!!! Best birthday meal ever!

Fast to bring our orders and had a kiosk on the table to be able to pay our bill as soon as we wanted; without needing our waitress to bring it. The same went forordering extra food or drinks if we didn't want to wait for the waitress to come back or check on us. It was an electronic menuordering, bill paying, and advertising Red Robin server that made it very possible to not even need a waiter/waitress unless youpreferred to have one, or if you just wanted to not be bothered either. (Which I don't think a robot gets paid, or cares abouttips. ???? It just wants the exact amount of what your order costs, and your date won't think your cheap either. We went in with our kids during dinner time, and my husband and myself ordered the same meal, one kid picked something different and two ordered the same thing but one was awrap and one was a burger. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for food, they brought out two wraps, instead of a wrap and a burger,so we had to wait for our daughters food to be remade. She asked me 4 different times which burger it was supposed to be, I saidthe same thing as this wrap, but a burger with a bun (the whiskey burger). Our daughter started crying because it took another15 min for her food. I wouldn't eat until she did and neither would my husband so ours was cold. Still good though. My husbandwas without a drink half the time despite asking. It's supposed to be bottomless fries, but they came to take our baskets afterwe finished our burgers. We had all asked for more fries because what we were given with our burgers wasn't much. Another 10minutes later and my husband asked where the fries were and they were like oh you didn't say you wanted more. Yeah we did, my 9year even asked the server himself. Another 10 minutes later everyone but me had more fries, by the time everyone finishedtheirs I still didn't have mine and I was over it and ready to go.
