The customer service is outstanding, and they even give roses to the ladies. Pat was an exceptional server! We were seated quickly without a reservation, even on a busy day.

The booths were cozy, atmosphere dark and candle lit settings, fresh white table clothes, excellent service, best shrimp we've ever had! Fantastic food, was a wonderful experience, was worth every penny...and thensome! Parking: Very little parking available.

As a woman who loves to cook and rarely finds food better than the food I cook, and as a woman who has spent most of her life working as a server and bartender, I have to tell you all that tonight I had one of the best dining experiences of my life. Our server Tyler or Taylor, sorry I’m bad at remembering names) gave us supreme service and the food was a 10! Thank you for such a great night out Nello’s. It is pricey but well worth it. I recommend you all give it a try. I don’t put my name behind anything that isn’t worthy.
