Extended family ate at the Mosaic several nights before us and warned us that the food was just ok and rather expensive considering the quality, but we decided... read more Extended family ate at the Mosaic several nights before us and warned us that the food was just ok and rather expensive considering the quality, but we decided to go anyway due to having reservations. The atmosphere was gorgeous. The service was just alright and our waitress seemed overwhelmed, but given that it was a party of 12, we understood. In regards to the food, the vegetables were so salty I could barely eat them (and I love salt), the pork was overcooked and dry, and the other entrees were average at best. I expected more for around $40 per person. Also, their menu was SO small. Even if the food was decent, the menu was too small to go again.

The Ribeye carpaccio, ahi, and duck dishes were standout favorites. The pizza also consistently impresses with its quality.
