Mcdonald's - Redding

Something is definitely going on here, whether it be a shortage of staff or otherwise. Out of all Redding locations, it’s actually crazy how slow this place is especially drive thru service.I have complete respect for the workers here as they’ve always been super kind and friendly, and apologetic for wait times. I definitely think the delays fall on management here. There have been times where I pull up to the window within an hour and a half of closing and would be sat at the speaker for 5 6 minutes. Another 10 minutes at the second window without anyone even greeting me. It’s blatantly obvious when a crew prioritizes closing over customers.This is the closest location for me but I now often find myself going to the Churn Creek location. Even their rushes are handled much more quickly.This restaurant is always kept clean though and as mentioned, staff is always kind and upbeat. They just seem to have extreme difficulty with rushes, as their drive thru line will get so backed up that people who have ordered are sitting at the screen for another 5 6 minutes unable to move and let them take more orders.Also, parking lot is incredibly tight and difficult. You’re better off parking closer to Dollar Tree. I would advise against using the front parking lot as their drive thru line gets severely backed up quite often and you will get trapped in your spot.Parking: Parking lot is incredibly tight and difficult. It's a clean McDonald's and the lady was very friendly.

Audrey is the cashier/window person and this place Never has the strawberry creme pies ready and always has 3 cars waiting and still has me go wait in a parking spot and food proceeds to come out cold not coming back to this one fs

Absolutely the worst and filthiest mcdonalds I've ever seen cockroaches in the lobby and needles and junkies on the sidewalk even if you go trough drive through they most likely will not get your order right and definitely won't be

I went to order my food at 12:11pm and I got my order at 12:25pm the lady came out ask me what my order was and even told me you got bumped and they didn't even offer me anything for how long and bumping me plus I paid for large and got small
