Oh no... This restaurant is delicious, nice, clean, and up-to-date. The reason I say "oh no" is because it was my second time visiting and trying something new, and they had yummy baked goods displayed in a glass box on the right. However, there was a large fly in the box. I informed the cashier/barista, a short-haired blonde, and she nonchalantly removed the fly and continued serving the baked goods to customers without replacing them. I tried to call but couldn't find a phone number, and everyone seemed too busy to address the issue. So, be cautious of the baked goods on the counter. Despite this mishap, everything else at the restaurant has been delicious.

I would suggest listing all ingredients on the menu. I purchased a protein bowl that did not indicate it contained cabbage, to which I am allergic. As a result, I wasted $11.

When writing reviews, I enjoy reading others' opinions as well. The few negative reviews of this restaurant seem to focus on factors outside of the restaurant's control, such as the music playing and the lack of delivery service. Additionally, some customers have complained about the price of artisan coffee in 2021, but if you're looking for a cheaper alternative, you can find that elsewhere. The coffee at this place is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the ambiance is lovely. It is definitely one of the better coffee shops in Redding, offering a variety of drinks including alternative milk options.

Great drinks and food, but we were disappointed when we were served our food and drinks, especially the double espresso, in to-go cups and plastic food containers. Didn't know we needed to specify that we were eating there. Usually it's assumed you are unless you ask for it to go (in most places). Lesson learned. At least we know how to order for next time.

Nice little spot with great coffee. Loving the vibes and every staff member is super friendly.Do yourself a favor and get a waffle, you’ll love it because they’re SO GOOD ?
