The snarky attitude from the red-haired and bearded guy at the drive-thru window today at 10:50am was amazing. Argued with me about wanting a small drink but large fries, doesn't seem to know what drinks are available and argued with me about that. Then more snap and bad attitude at the window when I AGAIN tried to clarify my order. Guy doesn't seem to know how to listen, then yells at me.

Ordered $35 meal deal and two $9.49 chicken sandwiches meal combo. They only gave me the chicken sandwiches. When I complained where’s my fries they said I had... read more Ordered $35 meal deal and two $9.49 chicken sandwiches meal combo. They only gave me the chicken sandwiches. When I complained where’s my fries they said I had got the mash potatoes in my $35 meal deal so I don’t get fries unless I paid for it. I should them the receipt with the two chicken combos. Still didn’t budge them. Wasted $9.49 for a combo and got $5 chicken sandwich instead. So lost $10 in the meal deal. Bad attitude and customer service

Well, I went in for my order and the ladies there understood my mistake and with in 8 minutes my 2 big orders were filled and ready to. Great job KFC...
