We absolutely adore this restaurant! They're open more frequently than many other places in Redding and they're dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. The food and beer are fantastic. The fish tacos are outstanding, the cowboy corn poppers are incredible, and the nachos are scrumptious. The steak salad is exceptional, and all the burgers are delicious. What’s not to love about this place?
During my recent visit, I sat at the bar and was treated to outstanding service. The staff was warm and friendly, always ready to meet any requests I had. Both the food and the beer were delightful. Even though the restaurant has a spacious layout, it was comfortably air-conditioned on a scorching 100-degree day. We took our time, savoring the laid-back vibe of the brewery. I highly recommend stopping by, enjoying some beers, and making sure to tip your server generously.
**Pros:** The restaurant is easy to locate with plenty of parking available. The pickle fries are possibly the best I've ever had (I've attached a photo of what was left after we dug in). There's a good amount of seating both indoors and outdoors, and they are dog-friendly. **Cons:** The service was inconsistent; no one came back to refill drinks or check on our food. My daughter’s salad had very little tuna. My wife's California Burger was decent and cooked well, but it had a lot of bun. My Fish and Chips were greasy and soggy; even now, almost 24 hours later, my stomach is regretting that choice. Essentially, they were just fish sticks, so when the menu mentions four pieces, it really means four fish sticks. The sidewinder fries were enjoyable, but they didn’t come with the dipping sauces I requested, which I might have mentioned if anyone had checked back with us at the table. **Summary:** Next time I'm in Redding, I’ll look for a different place to eat.
We stopped by Final Draft Brewing Company for lunch and left very satisfied. Our meal began with the flavorful beer pretzels as appetizers, paired with a selection of their beers—some of which we even brought home. The brisket burger and the Jefferson were both delicious, and the fries were a particular highlight. We’re looking forward to coming back again soon.
