The menu at this restaurant was simple and the service was excellent. They had a nice variety of beers that were not too complicated, but definitely worth trying. We even received a 15% discount, even though we weren't staying at the hotel. I would definitely consider returning next time I'm in town.
The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The ambiance may be a bit quiet, but it is a great spot to relax with your companions. The staff, particularly Daulton at the bar and Shawn the cook, are excellent. Shawn cooks up some delicious dishes and is very personable. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
This restaurant is consistently enjoyable, located conveniently within the hotel. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, as well as a fully stocked bar. Situated right off Interstate 5 at the Holiday Inn, it's a convenient stop for travelers.
Breakfast here 4 days. Every thing we tried was very good. Staff learned our faces and our favorite foods. Dinner twice during our stay. Hunters chicken was delicious. They even did a special order on a salad for my spouse.
The Best kept secret in Redding is in a hotel, who’d a guessed… amazing pasta, amazing burgers, decent steak and really good fish, so I’d revamp the starters menu but overall this place is a Gem, just think HOLIDAY INN
