First the food: main dishes were good but the... read more The review must cover three aspects: 1-food, 2-service, 3- ambience. I am comparing this to Edgeware road outlets! First the food: main dishes were good but the starters were much below mark. Milk shakes were excellent BUT you don't go to Lebanese restaurants to have milk shake!!! Second was the servise: Excellent, the waiters went out of the way to serve and were available whenever needed. Third, the ambience: Too noisy. You expect some decorum when you are with family. But your regular clientele seemed happy, so we were the odd ones out. In conclusion, the low quality of food and ambience more than offset the otherwise excellent service level.

It appeared that... read more This was my first time visiting the restaurant based on a friend's recommendation. The food was excellent, but the customer service fell short. It appeared that they were understaffed, as we had to repeatedly ask for items that were never brought to us. The bartender was rude when we couldn't find a waiter, and even though my friend asked for water, he chose to ignore her.

However, I must say for a first impression that eating was great, but the customer service dropped it off. it seemed as if they had had had short staff, as we had to ask for different times, and they would still not deliver. I found the bareman to be rude, as there was no waiter available, so my friend called him to ask for water, even though he had heard them, he wanted to ignore them.
