The staff were so lovely. Especially during Ramadan and how busy it was. Hats off to the staff who were fasting and serving at the same time, they were great. read more The staff were so lovely. We hadn't reserved a table and there were 8 of us but we were informed by fr... read more We had gone to Manjaros recently to celebrate my aunt and uncle's anniversary meal. We hadn't reserved a table and there were 8 of us but we were informed by friends that the restaurant had a strange reservation policy so decided to walk in. My own family had arrived on time but two couples were stuck in traffic so we had asked the waitress if we could sit down despite their delays. Mina had told us this was no problem but that we would not be able to hold the table for too long as per restaurant policy this of course is not her fault and she was incredibly polite in explaining this to us. We sat down and our family arrived eventually after. Mina was very polite and hospitable. The food was great but Mina went above and beyond to make our time comfortable and relaxed especially with our guests arriving at different times.

L ordered my food on uber eats at 1830, I was keep checking when my order would be arriving only to find it has been delayed to 19;25 , at this time l had enoug... read more L ordered my food on uber eats at 1830, I was keep checking when my order would be arriving only to find it has been delayed to 19;25 , at this time l had enough waiting around , so l called the restaurant and some female picked up, for the life of me I could not understand what she was saying , so I said can I speak to a manger then she gave to someone else when I asked him are you the manager he no I 'm a waiter, I said I would like to speak to a manger please.. he then passed me to Fahad the manger and I said my food not arrived he said it done we are waiting for drivers, due to the rain. l said to Fahad my food will get cold that not right he said we put on a hot plate and it will be kept cold plus your driver, I cant pronounce his name he is reliable and I will make sure your food is kept warm. Well that was not true my order arrived at 20;05 by the so called reliable driver, no smile on his face j no apologies just handed my husband the food. THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD NOT HOT OR WARM AT ALL. I HAD TO RE-HEAT AGAIN
