We discovered this gem through the Onebite app. I arrived a bit early, and I was able to watch my order being prepared from start to finish. It took maybe 5 minutes from the moment they started making it until it was ready. Be sure to go inside and meet the owner; he's a really friendly guy. You can see their homemade ingredients and the impressive oven they use. Every penny spent here is worth it. Even if you have to drive a little further, it's absolutely worth the trip. I wish I could get a pizza like this back home in North Carolina. I guess we'll just have to look forward to enjoying this delicious find whenever we visit New York!

This pizza is unlike anything I've ever tasted before! The ultra-thin crust and the creative combinations of toppings are absolutely fantastic. I particularly enjoy the idea of the folded thin crust! The vegan options were delightful too. I can't wait to go back to Red Hook for more. I might just swing by for Lucoli Pizza again!
