Wow, the grilled chicken sandwich with artichoke is absolutely delicious! The service is excellent—quick and fresh. It's a family-owned restaurant too. What more could you ask for? View all feedback.

We have made this our local go to place regardless of which meal. Reasonable prices, huge servings, wonderful service. My own personal negative was the overwhelming amount of gravy with meals. I request it be put on the side and they are always right there doing so. On the other hand, we have friends who really want that much. So nice of the cook to actually observe individual preferences of customers. Really like their home fries, omelets, French dip, and hubby likes the biscuits and gravy. Their banana split can 't be beat! Cannot say enough good about this place. Stopped at the Rockin R on our way home from rafting and fishing on the Sacramento River. This is one of those places that you hope you find when traveling. Outside looks like any other family restaurant. Inside, serious ranching stuff reflecting the local ranching tradition. This is a local place, the waitresses greeted most of the customers by name. Great food, appeared to all be made in house. The special on our visit was fried green tomatoes; wonderful crunchy cornbread crust. We came back for breakfast. My friend had the Motherload omlette. It was the largest plate of food I have ever seen. When I am in Red Bluff I will be eating there again. Check it out!
