Only Subway I go to in all of Red Bluff... Quick service, very clean, and conveniently located (for me anyway) Unfortunately though I have had issues with ordering pick-up online, and for the 2nd time, as I did not get the meat for my salad toasted nordid I get my sandwich toasted as requested despite having selected to do so on menu tab and within additional request text-boxoption. Tried calling 3x before placing online order with no answer, a tad disappointed since I typically spend around $30 at atime here but oh well.
I never complain, but I?ve ordered from this subway through their website multiple times and every time my sandwich is a completely different sandwich. It?s so frustrating, I won?t order here anymore. :
On October 19, 2022 around 11:30 AM I had the pleasure of being served by Emma. Unfortunately, the manager came out in the midst of Emma making my wrap to take over. Immediately she was blatantly rude to us and had an attitude. She was trying to train Emmabut her information was wrong. I had corrected this manager multiple times on what I wanted and what I had already told Emma.And I was met with more attitude from this manager. This manager was not wearing her name tag so I had to ask for her name andwas met with the question ?why?. When she finally told me her name (Tonnie or something like that) she started asking personalquestions about my name. This was quite a disappointing experience considering I have seen much better management at thisestablishment. I had filled out a survey for my free drink and would like to state those positive answers to the survey wereonly about my experience with Emma. I believe Tonnie, the manager, needs more training on customer service because this isunacceptable.
All the locations closed now? I tried the one just off gilmore around lunch and it was locked up so I'm assuming it's just gone from red bluff? What's the franchisee doing..
Been to 30-40 subways over the years and can definitely say this was the lowest rated one. For starters, the flow was unlike any others I've been to. You pay first, then they make sandwiches. They were incredibly slow. They nuked my meatball sub but wasstill cold when I went out to car to eat. Wife and son got lots of veggies on theirs, but lettuce was brown on the edges, andtomatoes were mushy. This Subway definitely did not meet standards we are used to .
