The waiter who served me (appeared to be of Mediterranean descent with spiky hair and facial hair) was impolite and seemed to ignore what I was saying. He spent... read more The waiter who served me (appeared to be of Mediterranean descent with spiky hair and facial hair) was impolite and seemed to ignore what I was saying. He spent a lot of time complaining to his coworkers and when I didn't immediately respond, he started moving around with his arms out wide in a threatening manner. Once he finished preparing my wrap, he skipped me and served the woman next in line. When she asked him if he was okay, he replied that he was very tired and proceeded to wipe his nose on his arm. I'm not sure if he was actually tired or not, but his customer service was terrible. His behavior and mannerisms suggested that he may have been under the influence of something, as it was very erratic.

But the staff are... read more First off, Sam's Wraps are outstanding for £3.90 i'm full as I have eat a whole chicken, depending who does the wrap it will be full or empty. But the staff are plain awful they are so rude, myself and my friend went to get our wrap as we normally do and some foreign guy answered his personal phone and had a convocation whilst we were standing there waiting, I will say a blonde guy that used to work there was really nice as well as this younger Russian guy always nice and friendly, I recommend if you're not big on customer service because you won't get any at Sam's Wraps, nevertheless the wraps are outstanding very tasty :

We were looking for something light to eat in the gardens, half expecting a sandwich bar and discovered Sam's Wraps. It has a limited range of tortilla wraps, all freshly made, which means that they can run out of the popular options, with additional toppings of cheese, salad and sauces added. A limited, but adequate range of drinks. It's a small facility so I'm not sure how they would copy if there was a large demand on a summer's day. The wrap was delicious and a good size. Excellent value for money.
