Prezzo - Reading

Jumped to prezzo for the second time today. had nice eating very tasty every penny worth. amazing portion size. all the staff we met were very friendly and efficient. very recommended for everyone. there are very steep steps and heavy doors to the toilets clean and tidy, but only a handrail on a side of the stairs be aware and I fought to open the doors. would not bring me back.

We have beaten in a Sunday dinner to enjoy our high-time anniversary. as usual, the employees are always at the place, although the place is always so busy! eating is a fantastic atmosphere. the service was good the waitress hanna very pleasant and friendly. thanks hanna for the special cake

I used to like prezzos, but eating was not good at this visit. bolognese was w watery, with crushed carrots and barely meat. the carbonara swim in cream, but w bland in taste. the thing that looked good was the...pizza service of my daughter was not great, left the courts for the old and did not ask us if we wanted pudding. really not the prices for such sun standard eating and service. it's a shame when it was good before

Lovely evening spoilt by rude waitress. After a nothing special meal we requested our bill. The card machine was clearly faulty and could not process our payments despite both of us seeking to use different cards. Given the delay in paying my friend had to...leave to get her taxi which was waiting. The waitress then asked if I could pay cash and as I had none on me I offered to pop across the road to a cash point, the waitress then suggested I should leave something behind as security on the basis their machine was fine and clearly it was an issue with my cards! This requirement was dropped after I asked to see the manager but the whole affair has left a very sour taste and I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
