The room was spacious, clean, and l... read more A cozy hotel with a warm ambiance located conveniently near Reading city center (shops, high street, bars, and restaurants). The room was spacious, clean, and lovely. The bathroom was nice, with a powerful shower. The room had excellent and free WiFi. The hotel had good accessibility with ramps and lifts available. Parking on site was limited, but there is a Q car park on Chatham Road just a few minutes' walk away, where the hotel can validate a 40% discount. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options including continental, full English, hams and cheese, cakes, juices, herbal teas, and coffee. Overall, I had a great night's sleep.

The service was sl... read more After having a wonderful time during our previous stay, we decided to visit this restaurant again. Unfortunately, this time was not as great. The service was slow and the staff was unhelpful, which was disappointing. We weren't the only ones who had issues with payment, and when we tried to order room service, we were directed to use Uber Eats instead.

I had... read more During my stay, I enjoyed the breakfast every day and found it to be a great value for the money. I was impressed by the quality and variety of the food. I had dinner at the restaurant twice, and both meals were delicious. The service on the first night was good, but it was a bit chaotic on the second night.
