However, we had to constantly request drinks as the waiting staff did not check on us throughout the meal, despite there being three of them in the almost empty restaurant. The main courses were decent, but served on small side plates. Overall, I felt that I did not receive value for my money and even felt nauseous the following morning. The food was average at best and not worth the price. The waiting staff were rude and seemed to prioritize takeaway orders over dine-in customers. I would recommend eating elsewhere in Reading, as there are plenty of other options available. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The du... read more We were extremely disappointed with our dining experience at this restaurant. We were the only couple there for a while and our starters were overcooked. The duck and pancakes were also not up to par. Delivery drivers were constantly coming in and out, which was irritating. We waited for our main dishes, but only half of them arrived and started to get cold without any heating options. We asked for all four dishes to be served together, but they refused to make fresh ones. We ended up taking our food home as takeaway, feeling that we could have gotten a cheaper and better experience elsewhere. It seemed like the restaurant was prioritizing deliveries over the dine-in customers. This was our last visit to this establishment after frequenting it many times in the past.

It is advised to stay away from this establishment unless you are willing to wear ski jackets and coats. We decided to leave quickly as the temperature was too cold to tolerate for dining. The indifference towards customers' complaints about the cold environment reflects the lack of importance they place on customer needs. The staff were very rude and displayed no customer service skills.
