It is advised to stay away from this establishment unless you are willing to wear ski jackets and coats. We decided to leave quickly as the temperature was too cold to tolerate for dining. The indifference towards customers' complaints about the cold environment reflects the lack of importance they place on customer needs. The staff were very rude and displayed no customer service skills.

This time despite having a reservation where we had checked that they were doing the the buffet when we arrived we were told they were too busy for the buffet. At this stage we should have just left. However they said that as we had booked they would allow us to have the buffet. There were empty tables at the side of the resturant but we were put in the middle where delivery pick ups were happening all the time. They seemed more interested in the deliveries than us. It 's not nice to feel 'in the way ' of the helmeted delivery drivers. Our starters arrived after a long wait and were dry and not very warm. The duck course was good and the highlight of the meal. The main courses took a long time and didn 't arrive together. The prawn curry only had 4 prawns. I know I could have ordered another dish but it would have probably taken too long. It 's the first time I have actually left still hungry, the portions were really small. At no time did anyone ask if everything was all right. We will not be returning.
