Despite there being less than people in entire restaurant the service was the worst i have experienced in a very long time and this something i will share publicly.Having lived and worked in the Turkish region for several years, my expectation were that i would experience of Turkish hospitality, sadly i was very wrong.Firstly i was surprised that such a venue should be so empty on a Friday night, i was quickly to understand why!The waitresses and staff were all rude with the poorest level of customer service i have experienced for a very long time.On request from waitress as to our drinks, my wife requested a medium sized glass of wine at which point the waitress advised that this was not available as it was no on system, my wife then ordered a small glass instead, on coming tom pay we were charged for a medium glass.Despite being asked and being very clear on choice of two separate starters, we were still provided with only one. When raising concern that we may have wrong starter, waitress once again was rude.Main course arrived, however was nothing special for the price and we were then left, nobody then came back and asked if the meal was fine, if we required any more drinks. Now the big challenge following our main course and again despite there only being less than people in Mangal, we were left for over mins with myself having to request desserts menu. When coming to pay, our bill reflected a medium size glass of wine which we had early been advised was not available.Being a family of and having eaten out a great deal over the summer i have to admit that even when eating out at low cost venues, we have always experienced high quality customer service from all staff, sadly i will not be recommending you as location to visit.

The food at this restaurant is of excellent quality and has a homemade taste. The portion sizes are generous, making it great value for money. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially on weekends when there is a lively show, which is always entertaining, especially when they are celebrating a special occasion like a birthday. The service can vary depending on how busy the restaurant is, sometimes being excellent and other times a bit slow. However, overall the staff is very friendly and always willing to assist.

Even though the restaurant was not very crowded, the service was the worst I have experienced in a long time, and I will definitely share my experience publicly. Having lived and worked in Turkey for several years, I had high expectations of experiencing Turkish hospitality, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I was surprised to see the restaurant so empty on a Friday night, but quickly realized why. The waiters and staff were all rude and provided the poorest customer service I have encountered in a long time. When we ordered drinks, my wife asked for a medium glass of wine, but was told it was not available because it was not in the system. She then ordered a small glass, but we were charged for a medium glass. Despite clearly requesting two separate starters, we were only given one. When we brought this to the waitress's attention, she was rude. The main course was unremarkable for the price, and we were then ignored, with no one coming to check on us or offer more drinks. After the main course, we had to wait a long time to receive the dessert menu. When we went to pay, our bill did not reflect the correct drinks we had ordered. As a family who dines out frequently over the summer, we have always received high-quality customer service even at lower-cost establishments. Sadly, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
