Nice. when they took... read more 1850 on a Tuesday night and not busy, 15 minutes to get served, a family of eight in front of us with their children running on the tables. Nice. when they took their order the guy behind the till went off to do it while no one was serving, great. I don't use the machine to order as it doesn't allow the use of my blue light card so had to wait. eventually got the order in waited, not too long about five minutes, when it arrived the chicken was fine on the inside but crunchie hard to break through, not burnt, just rock hard, fries were cold. Children from Feral family were running around the car park with the table reservation numbers. Never again.

The chips were bland and unappetizing, and the corn o... read more The chicken fillet burger resembled more of an anemic chicken steak burger with mainly bones and dry meat. The chips were bland and unappetizing, and the corn on the cob looked like it had been grown before the world went into lockdown - yellow instead of brown. The food was also served cold. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant, as it appears to be infested with rats.

I had to leave to g... read more The worst KFC I have ever gone to. Went there 3/10/21 at about 4pm. The male customer service attendant was rude, unprofessional and racist. I had to leave to go to another KFC simply because that’s what my son wanted. If I had a choice, I could have gone to Burger King or even Mcdonald’s.

So much better than the last time because it was not cold and that one came from Shinfield road . We all enjoyed our meals and appreciated the difference. Stopped there for lunch while the meal was ok the level of cleaning was well below what it should be. There was no sanitizer when you go in and no one was clean... read more Stopped there for lunch while the meal was ok the level of cleaning was well below what it should be. There was no sanitizer when you go in and no one was cleaning tables when they were left! Also the toilets smelt bad and looked like not cleaned in a while.
