Great spot right next to the out of town shopping centre. Some tables outside to chill and watch the world go by. The staff here are very good, profesional and cheerful. Coffee and snacks, the usual Costa offerings but it's the great staff that make this one better than most. View all feedback.

The staff was unfriendly. I ordered a warm cheese and ham toastie and found a sultana or similar item stuck in the bread, likely from a previous meal. The utensils seemed dirty, and I found another one in the other half of the toastie. The floor in the building was also filthy. View all feedback.
Faster service, although there is a false communication between person who order and the person who drinks. no cinnamon was requested by us, but coworkers almost double cinnamon, we held it in the pointed time! more comfortable place for a coffee, as we visited the garage opposite. this costa coffee yesterday it was very busy and the throw outside the shop was bad. Perhaps costa would be better to clean up the front of the load as it is not inviting.
Great place to work, personal are beautiful, but it is costa so not expect that the coffee amazing! wlan is good and generally quiet.
Costa shops have got good coffee, but this one is the best in Reading. Lovely staff and the coffee is always good made.
Usual costa. Sometimes the chairs and tables aren't very clean as customers trash them and let their kids mash food into the seats. The team are friendly, even though they are chatting in their own mother tongue is it very jovial in this branch. I'd appreciate the tables being cleared a bit quicker and cleaning a bit better rather than doing it myself.
We come here for lunch at least once a week. the staff is always friendly and the coffee is always good
