They offer a great selection of vegan options, including fluffy pancakes, tacos, scrambled tofu on toast, and the classic "The Vegan" breakfast. I enjoy "The Vegan" dish, which comes with two vegan sausages, scrambled tofu, and the herby potatoes that are served with the tofu toast—they're simply amazing! Their smoothies can easily be made vegan by substituting yogurt with coconut milk. I recently tried the mango and pineapple smoothie, and it was delicious. They also have two vegan milkshakes available. The coffee is consistently great, and they provide a variety of milk alternatives. My only wish is for a vegan caramel sauce to go with bananas and pancakes as an alternative topping. Overall, I highly recommend this delightful café!
