Despite some lukewarm dishes and a disappointing experience with the expensive food, Cafe Rouge still managed to impress overall with their flavorful dishes and excellent service. The scallops were particularly praised, as well as the vegetarian breakfast and coffee. The atmosphere was lovely, and staff members like Ursula and Fatima received high praise for their pleasant and helpful service. With a varied menu and a commitment to quality, Cafe Rouge remains a solid choice for a good meal out. Recommended dishes include the English Breakfast, mussels, beouf bourginon, and afternoon tea.

Person who greated us forgot to give us menus. The tall server was working really hard. Overall seemed under staffed. Sadly our chocolate fondants were over cooked.
