Ordered 2 burgers, 2 drinks, 1 fry, 1 baked potato and nuggets. Only received nuggets and 3 things of fries. I’d give 0 stars if I could. No burgers, no drinks, no sauces. Terrible service. Got half of the cost refunded through delivery app. Should’ve been free.

When I opened my burger, it was a complete mess, with all the ingredients spilling out and mustard smeared all over the wrapper and the bun. It was impossible to eat without making a mess. I definitely won't be returning. This is the worst Wendy's in the area.

I recognize that they might be short-staffed, but the attitude and rudeness were quite noticeable. I opted for a mobile pickup, and I was instructed to come inside to avoid messing up their drive-thru statistics. However, when I went inside, they canceled my mobile order. When I finally received my food, it was served cold.

It tends to be dirty, and I frequently see a group of six high school students chatting about TikTok or other topics that have nothing to do with their work, rather than attending to customers. The food quality is decent, so I give it a 3 out of 5.
