I had forgotten to pick up my drink after ordering it on the app due to running late for class. Even though I missed out on my free coffee that day, I returned a few days later and explained the situation to the manager, who kindly remade my drink. The staff at this location was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure I received what I had ordered. This small gesture meant a lot to me, especially on exam day. Despite any negative reviews, I will continue to patronize this establishment as long as I am in the area.

Rather than the manager purchasing ice to accommodate customers, I had to buy a bag of ice myself. Sheetz, a different restaurant, is much preferred in this scenario.
