Once, when I went back to get the sauce... read more About 9 out of 10 times I order food here, the order is messed up—either made incorrectly or with items clearly missing. Once, when I went back to get the sauces, a shift supervisor gave me a hard time, insisting they should have been in the bag. Yes, they should have been, but they weren’t. Even after showing him my order on my phone, he continued to give me a difficult time. If you order food here, be sure to double-check your order before leaving, because if you don’t, you’ll be questioned when you try to get what you paid for.

Told me 45 minutes to make food! Only person in the store. Was told by cashier other orders in front of me. Purchased food and planned to wait. Watch kitchen gu... read more Told me 45 minutes to make food! Only person in the store. Was told by cashier other orders in front of me. Purchased food and planned to wait. Watch kitchen guy make an order for two hot dogs. Then take 3 minutes to scroll through the video display( withhis kitchen gloves on too) then start the next order which was for.... two hotdogs. At this point I returned the food ticket formy money. Guy at counter was told same thing. Same look from him. I told him go to wawa that was where I was headed. Went towawa order food got food and was still home before said food was to be done at sheetz.

My photo ID was expired, but I had renewed it online and was carrying the temporary paper copy until my new card arrived. The paper clearly shows my new expiration date of 2025 along with my photo and ID details.

I usually love SHEETZ, especiall... read more Extremely frustrating experience! It took 27 minutes just to get two made-to-order drinks, and one of them wasn’t even correct. I usually love SHEETZ, especially the locations in Exeter Township and Leesport, which I would easily rate four to five stars. But this location deserves negative stars if that were possible. I came here solely for a large milkshake and a medium cappuccino. There were three staff members working in the food prep area—two men and one woman. The woman was visible to all customers and clearly didn’t want to be there, moving at a painfully slow pace. There were only two or three customers ahead of us, yet nine people who came in after us, placing food and drink orders, received their orders before we did. Finally, after 21 minutes, the milkshake was ready. Then someone who arrived 10 minutes after us ordered a coffee drink and got it before I even received mine. My fiancé had to politely ask the staff member at the drink station about my drink, but he was very rude. Six minutes later, my cappuccino finally arrived—but it was completely wrong. I didn’t even bother asking for a replacement because I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I just threw it away. I wasted both my time and my money, and I have no plans to return to this SHEETZ ever again.
