I’m also r... read more I frequently visit Panera Bread, usually about every two weeks. The menu consistently impresses me, and I have never been disappointed with the food. I’m also really thankful for the month of free bagels they offered—I’m truly enjoying every bite!

There are teenagers working here who often have poor attitudes, includin... read more I’m a big fan of Panera Bread, but I’m giving this location 4 stars due to some issues. There are teenagers working here who often have poor attitudes, including some of the teenage team leaders. The dining area is always a bit untidy. Also, whenever I order a pastry with my meal through the kiosk, it’s usually forgotten. Today, when I asked about it at the counter, a senior staff member responded with attitude and insisted it would be included with my food.

Then to top it off the did not give me a receipt. Other ci workers complained about the food aswell

I wa... read more Why does this location continue to be so unorganized? I ordered a drink on the app. I go inside to pick it up after receiving the email the order if ready. I wait? and wait? and finally ask and was told they don?t make the app ordered drinks anymore youjust take a cup yourself and fill it? okay good to know. Next time I go in, take my cup, start filling it, and was asked if Iplaced and order as I can?t just take a cup that an empty cup will be waiting on the counter with my receipt to use. Third timeI ordered? went in and back to waiting since I didn?t want to get scolded again and I wait? and wait and upon asking again I?mtold they don?t have large cups so they can?t fulfill the order (after receive the email confirmation the order was complete)?am I being punked? I understand it?s just a drink but from a customer service standpoint it?s frustrating when each time you goin different rules apply and I?m never sure what to expect.
