Matt's Steaks - Reading

Good service, got calif. Cheesesteak, fries, it was good, not excellent but better then most. great prices and deals. Beautiful women working behind counter, friendly atmosphere. Will return.

Had the Californian cheesesteak. It was very good and Fresh ingredients. Lots of meat. Very nice lady working the register and cooking. I went in at an odd time so I was the only customer. But I hope their business picks up. You have to Google this place because you will not find it by accident! Looks like they have a lot of good sandwiches.

Food was very good. I read other reviews complaining about OAN being on the tvs and no masks....I say good for Matt's steaks! Those who disagree can get more tissues and go to their safe space.

It may not look like much from the outside but this place rocks! They have great specials and awesome prices. They have the best French fries, even when they’re in a bag for takeout they still stay crispy. Cali chicken cheese steak is my favorite. Great local spot that’s worth checking out.

Here is the reality. This small town burger places heats frozen patties, storebought perogies, storebought fries. I just ate two burgers that were truly disgusting. I had a tasteless steak sandwich last week. After watching them take perogies out of a Ms T bag I really wondering why I was coming. What is the point of being mom pop burger joint but selling 100% storebought foods? Just can’t have my money anymore.
