When I called the store, the manager told me that I had to get my refund from Door Dash. Door Dash told me to get my refund from KFC. Ihave ordered from KFC for the last time. When I brought these issues to their attention, the staff reacted defensively rather than addressing my concerns. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt for my meal, which added to my frustration. Then when we asked for help gave an attitude and no one helped us either way. Gave one star because can't give anything lower.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 5-piece chicken tenders and spicy chicken sandwich meals, which totaled over $25—not cheap. When I received my order, one box had only 3 tenders, and the other had 4 pieces of chicken. Frustrated with the time wasted, I went inside to fix the issue. The manager, Tiffany, said someone would assist me, even though the dining area was empty and only one car was in the drive-thru. The employee who came to the counter was rude, blamed me for the mix-up, but said she'd handle it. She took the 4-piece meal to the back, then returned with a sandwich made with just a bun, hot sauce, and one chicken tender, plus fries, and offered me a side for the inconvenience. I declined but mentioned that an extra tender or two would be fair since there was a price difference between the 4-piece meal and the sandwich, and I had paid for 5 tenders but got only 3. She said she couldn't do that. When I suggested adjusting the transaction for the price difference, she said that's why she offered another side, which costs about $3. Seeing I was unimpressed, she called for the manager Tiffany, who eventually appeared but ignored me and started fiddling with cash in the register. After several moments, she gave me $2.11 and said, "Here you go." I left feeling appalled, frustrated, and completely disrespected. I will not be returning.
