If you don't have to wait 30 mins.. They will get half of your order wrong or forget things, if they manage to get it right its sure to be over or under cooked. I can't visit KFC without it being something or another.

I ordered delivery on 9/6/22, I requested delivery at 5:15. The order was never delivered but my account was charged. When I called the store, the manager told me that I had to get my refund from Door Dash. Door Dash told me to get my refund from KFC.I have ordered from KFC for the last time.STILL WAITING FOR FOOD THAT I PAID FOR,

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They seemed to consistently forget items that should have been included with my order. When I brought these issues to their attention, the staff reacted defensively rather than addressing my concerns. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt for my meal, which added to my frustration. Overall, I was not pleased with the service."

Great price if your budget. You get fresh chicken and a whole meal for just $5. It's a great price you can't beat.

I spent dam near 5 minutes at the cashier and no one came to service us and when someone finally walked by he looked at us and kept walking. Then when we asked for help gave an attitude and no one helped us either way. Gave one star because can't give anything lower.

No napkins No ketchup and you asking for it ????and they dont give you anything. Poor service ????????

I just had the worst experience I 've ever had at KFC. I pulled through the drive through, placed my order for 5pc chicken tenders and spicy chicken sandwich meals which came out to $25 and change, not cheap. Then I get the meals and there are only 3tenders in one box and 4pc of chicken in the other. Taking time out of my day I did not want to lose, I walked inside to resolvemy order. The manager Tiffany said someone would be right with me even though there was noone in the dining area and only 1car in the drive through. The girl that came to the counter was very rude, told me my order was my fault but she would take careof it. She took the 4pc to the back then made a sandwich with a bun, hot sauce and a chicken tender, put it and fries in a bagand asked if I wanted a side for my inconvenience. I replied no but an extra tender or 2 would be nice since there was a $2 andchange difference between a 4pc meal and the sandwich, plus I already paid for 5 tenders but only got 3. She said oh, I can 'tdo that I said then we need to redo the transaction for the price difference, she then says that is why I offered youanother side because they are like $3. Seeing me unmoved, she screams for the manager Tiffany who emerges from the back sometime later, and without even acknowledging my presents, starts doing something with cash in the register drawer. After playingwith cash from the register for several moments, she hands me $2.11 and says here your go. I am appalled, frustrated and downright feel completely disrespected. I will not be going back
